What a 45 is
Forty-five minutes. Every week. For life.
45 is a weekly professional-practice hour for working managers. One flagship session drops Monday 06:00 SAST. Forty to forty-five minutes. Five blocks. A South African example in each. One thing to do before Friday. Then a short quiz. Pass at 70% and 45 issues a badge.
It is not a degree. It is not Wits, not GIBS, not LinkedIn Learning. It is the weekly gym those programmes do not have. Partner short courses appear only as a labelled Go further referral. 45 never wears another institution’s crest.
Live 45s stay free for 36 hours after publish — until Tuesday 18:00 SAST. Reading does not need an account. Quiz, badge, streak and board do. After 36 hours the body sits behind Plus or Team. If you started inside the window, you get two extra hours to finish the quiz.
Thursday drills are optional, ten minutes, always free to read, and they do not badge. Buying Plus does not badge. Sharing does not badge.
Badges are issued by 45.co.za. Path ribbons too. They are not university certificates.
Mail is Sunday 18:00 SAST with tomorrow’s title, and Monday 06:15 only if you have not opened it. No daily nag.
Voice: a sharp operator. Titles stay in the archive voice — “Cut friction, not people” — not a prospectus and not a children’s streak app.
